Terms & Conditions

The policies below govern every rental, delivery, and event booking made with Sunshine Party & Events. Please review them before confirming your reservation.

1.Reservation & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order is required to confirm and hold your reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the event start date. Reservations are not guaranteed without a paid deposit.

2.Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event: deposit is forfeited, no additional charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: full balance is due.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability. The deposit may be applied to a new date once.

3.Delivery, Setup & Pickup

Sunshine Party & Events will deliver, install, and retrieve all rented equipment within the agreed time window specified in your booking. The client must ensure clear, safe access to the event location — delays caused by inaccessibility may result in additional fees.

Delivery fees are determined by location and will be disclosed on the invoice.

Sunshine Party & Events is not liable for any damage to property infrastructure, including but not limited to flooring, walls, ceilings, driveways, lawns, or underground utilities, resulting from the delivery, setup, or removal of any rented equipment.

4.Damage & Loss

The client assumes full responsibility for all rented equipment from the time of delivery until pickup. Any damage, loss, or theft will be billed at full replacement value. Normal wear and tear is acceptable; structural damage, burns, tears, or stains are the client's liability.

5.Inflatable Units (Bounce Houses & Slides)

  • For use by children under adult supervision only.
  • No shoes, sharp objects, food, or drinks inside inflatable units.
  • Operator must shut down units immediately in winds exceeding 15 mph or in rain.
  • Client accepts full liability for injuries resulting from improper use.

Sunshine Party & Events is not liable for any damage to property infrastructure caused by the installation, operation, or removal of inflatable units, including damage to grass, flooring, or driveways.

6.Tents & Canopies

Tent stakes and anchors must not be placed over buried utility lines. Client is responsible for locating and marking any underground utilities prior to setup. Sunshine Party & Events is not liable for any damage to underground infrastructure, irrigation systems, cables, pipes, or any other property resulting from tent installation or removal.

7.Weather Policy

We do not issue refunds for weather conditions. In the event of severe weather (high winds, lightning, heavy rain), the client may request to reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day weather cancellations are not eligible for refund.

8.Payment Methods

We accept cash, Zelle, and credit/debit card. A 5% processing fee applies to all card transactions. All prices are in USD.

9.Liability Limitation

Sunshine Party & Events is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our equipment or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific rental.

10.Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County.
